Insurance hearing canceled
Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty has postponed a public hearing with State Farm that had been scheduled for Monday in Tallahassee. McCarty's office said State Farm's submissions to meet a request for documents relating to the insurer's decision to drop about 50,000 homeowners policies and withdraw from covering condominiums in Florida were "insufficient to meet the requirements set
