Wrecked, Flooded Car Data Hard to Obtain
The National Motor Vehicle Title Information System is a federal system intended to protect consumers from flooded and wrecked cars. But it's not working. So Sen. Trent Lott (R-MS) has introduced a bill that would require insurance companies to make public their total loss data. Jeff Brady
