LOW-COST AUTO INSURANCE

The low-cost automobile insurance program currently operates in only San Francisco and Los Angeles counties, where annual premiums are $322 and $355 respectively. (Single male drivers ages 19 to 24 pay a 25 percent surcharge.) It is coming to Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda counties. Stipulations
