Stolen cars from U.S. and Mexico drive up insurance cost
A multimillion dollar scam is costing people hundreds of dollars and they may not even realize it. Cars that are stolen here in Corpus Christi and then sold in Mexico are getting a clean title from the government, and it's raising everyone's insurance
