Check to cover damage to car is in the mail
Dear Greg: On June 27, we were driving on Old Winter Garden Road near Ivy Lane and went over a manhole cover that damaged the rear bumper of our car. The O-ring of the manhole cover was lying in the road and flipped up and split the bumper. We reported it that day to the county.
