Auto-Owners Insurance and the Demmer Corporation first Mid-Michigan organizations accepted into Scanlon Leadership
Auto-Owners Insurance and the Demmer Corporation were accepted on 8/10/06 into the Scanlon Leadership Network. Members of the Network pioneered open-book management, employee involvement, gainsharing/goalsharing/profitsharing and servant leadership concepts in business. Many are also leaders in lean systems. Network members share best practices to become world-class leaders in their industries.
