Man in jail for not having car insurance beaten to death in Sherburne County
A man that was put in jail for failing to have proof of his insurance has died after he was assaulted by another inmate with a handicap railing. Carl Edward Moyle, 28, was pronounced dead late Wednesday night at Unity Hospital after being severely beaten at the Sherburne County
