Arrest warrant issued in insurance fraud scheme
A Continental Jet Express flight attendant could easily afford to make the monthly payments on her sport utility vehicle, but apparently didn't want to, authorities say. Vivian Fragoza, 37, is accused of plotting, along with her husband and a cousin, an insurance fraud scheme early this year that resulted in the torching of her 2006 Honda Pilot.
