THE OWNER of a company specialising in car gas conversions has been found guilty of not having employers' liability insurance.Mr Andrew Richardson of Southern Gas Conversions in Sutton, Surrey, pleaded not guilty but after a 2-day trial he was found guilty and was ordered to pay a fine of 500 plus the prosecution costs of 10,000.
