Falling trash bag breaks car window
Officers were called to Warren and Merriman May 15 to assist Fire Rescue who were attempting to reach an unresponsive driver inside a locked car. An officer broke the passenger window and the 79-year-old Dearborn Heights man was taken to Garden City
